HOW TO BUY

1. To buy on our web site, you will have to register an account. During this process you'll be asked personal information such as name,mailing address and telephone number. We will only call you if there is a problem with your order. We also require this information for our courier company.
2. Once your account is created, you can add items to the cart. The bottom of the item page shows the available stock on hand and shows bulk discounts.
3. All items are classified by categories. Please use the search engine for convenience. For example: “sinamay” will show you the available results.
4. To confirm the order, go to your shopping cart and check that all products are selected. Then click on checkout button to complete the process. If you order more items than we currently  have in stock, the order will not be confirmed and the amount must be corrected according to the stock on hand.
5. To make a special request, during checkout please write in comments section instructions for colors or other clarifications. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number. If you do not receive and email confirmation, please look in your Spam folder. Add us to your Safe Senders to receive notification of payment received, order shipped, etc.
6. We ship with Nacex, Seur or Post and your shipping charges will be determined at checkout. If you live in or near Alicante, you can choose the option for "Store Pickup". You also have the option to change the shipping address if different from your initial registration. IMPORTANT: Some orders qualify for free shipping if more than 40 euros.
7. You can choose to pay by bank transfer or use your Paypal account. The cash option is only for Store Pickup orders. If you need an invoice, please contact us at info@priscillangioi.com as soon as possible to request one with fiscal data and ID.
